1Challenge
Door bricks endure rapid thermal cycling and mechanical pushing wear. Shapes are complex with scattered demand that standard brick cannot meet; poor door sealing caused smoke leakage and environmental pressure, so drawing-based rapid customisation was needed.
2Solution
Brick shapes were derived from the customer drawings with a mould and machining plan. CNC cutting and milling held tolerances to ±1mm; a small trial batch was approved before full production, with batch-by-batch inspection.
3Result
Delivery took about 3 weeks from drawing confirmation, supporting small batches and later refills. Joint tightness improved markedly and door smoke leakage was reduced; the customer added more special shapes to long-term supply.
